Do you offer as needed Dog Walks?
Yes, we offer care services as you need them. We also offer a special discount, with our Happy Pup Clubs, for clients who need regular M-F services.
We know that schedules can change, and we’re here to help. Whether you’re booking week-to-week or annually, PetWise has care services to fit your busy schedule.
Do you only offer 30 minute Dog Walks?
We offer also 30, 45, or 60-minute walk! The minimum time is 30 minutes with add-ons to best accomodate you and your pets’ needs.
Can you accommodate on-demand visit requests?
Our clients are called “PetWise Pet Parents” for a reason!
We can usually accommodate on-demand care requests, for our established clients.
This does depend on availability! If you aren’t a current client, you’ll need a PetWise Introductory Meeting prior to booking any services.
We understand that life is ever changing. We’re here to help support you, and your pet. Our flexible scheduling generally allows us to fulfill on-demand pet care requests submitted through our client portal.
Do you offer specific visit times?
We offer two-hour visit timeframes to offer flexibility and best accommodate busy schedules.
Priority Morning | 7 am – 9 am
Morning | 9 am – 11 am
Priority Afternoon | 11 am – 1 pm
Afternoon | 1 pm – 3 pm
Evening | 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Priority Evening | 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
For specific or gaurenteed AM/PM care times, an overnight care booking is needed.
Do multiple people come out or just one sitter?
To ensure your pet’s care is always met, your pet may see 1-2 of our sitters per week of care. This allows us to provide backup care in case of emergency, and to allow our employees time off as needed.
I have a large breed dog. Can your sitters handle them?
Yes, we’ve got you! We’re experienced with larger pets, and routinely handle 150lbs+ animals.
Do you provide care for pets that don't get along with male/female genders?
Not at this time. We’re not currently taking on any additional pets with specific gender aversions at this time.
We completely understand and want to help your pet feel as comfortable as possible. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
How do I communicate with my sitter?
All communication is done via our Precise Pet Care App or the office phone. Oh, and you get updates after EACH visit!
At PetWise, we keep you and your pet connected, even when you’re away from home! Our client software enables our pet-parents to follow along with their furry family members’ visits. Each PetWise care journal includes updates with GPS mapping for dog walks, pictures from our visit, and sitter communication.

What's your cancellation policy?
Daily or one-time visits cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be invoiced at our usual rate. There’s no charge, for weekly care, with more than 48 hours notice of cancellation.
Is there any extra charge for more than one pet?
Yes. There’s a +$5/visit for each additional pet.
For example:
A Dog Walk with a base price of $30 would start at $35/visit for two dogs.
Are there any holiday surcharges?
Yes, holidays are some of the busiest seasons for us. In order to accommodate, schedule, and pay our sitters a fair wage for working holidays, there is an additional charge during holiday care dates. See our holiday calendar, in your client account, to plan accordingly.
