PetWise care doesn’t stop at your door. We’re here to ensure your pet’s staple supplies never run out, and their routine grooming and veterinary appointments never go missed.
When driving is a challenge, PWP is here to ensure that your pet’s needs are still met. We regularly assist Pet Parents with routine and impromptu vet visits as well as pet supply pick-ups.

Ensure that your pet recieves their essential care, ensure their well-being, and enjoy the daily updates of their cute snoot to boot. Our visits have lots of perks, including:
- 15-minute arrival notifications
- Pictures and messages from your PetWise Pros
- GPS-tracked walk routes for added assurance
Schedule visits as needed or join a pup club for weekly discounts. We do offer on-demand care requests though, not to bark about it, we’re pretty paw-pular ;). Any visit requested less than 48 hours in advance is subject to availability.

Do you offer as needed Dog Walks?
Yes, we offer care services as you need them. We also offer walking services, at a discounted rate, for clients who need annual M-F services.
We know that schedules can change, and we’re here to help. Whether you’re booking week-to-week or annually, PWP has care services to fit your busy schedule.
Do you only offer 30 minute Dog Walks?
No, you can schedule a 30, 45, or 60-minute walk! The minimum time is 30 minutes with add-ons to best accomodate you and your pets’ needs.
Can you accommodate on-demand care requests?
Usually? Yes! Though it depends on availability. If you aren’t a current client, you’ll need a Meet & Greet prior to booking any services.
We understand that life is ever changing. We’re here to help support you, and your pet. Our flexible scheduling generally allows us to fulfill last-minute requests submitted through our client portal.
Do you offer specific visit times?
Yes, but only for pets with medication needs, and there’s an additional $10/visit to schedule a specific time. Otherwise, we offer time blocks to offer flexibility and best accommodate busy schedules.
- Morning | 7 am – 11 am
- Afternoon | 11:30 am – 3:30 pm
- Evening | 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Do multiple people come out or just one sitter?
To ensure your pet’s care is always met, your pet may see 1-2 of our sitters per pet sitting stay. This allows us to provide backup care in case of emergency, and to allow our employees time off as needed.
I have a large breed dog. Can your sitters handle them?
Yes, absolutely! We’re experienced with larger pets. We routinely handle 150lbs+ pets, and even offer farm and equine care.
Do you provide care for pets that don't get along with male/female genders?
Not at this time. We’re not currently taking on any additional pets with specific gender aversions at this time.
We completely understand and want to help your pet feel as comfortable as possible. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
How do I communicate with my sitter?
All communication is done via our Precise Pet Care App or the office phone. Oh, and you get updates after EACH visit!
At PWP, we keep you and your pet connected, even when you’re away from home! Our client software enables our pet-parents to follow along with their furry family members’ visits. Each of our pet care journals include updates with GPS mapping for dog walks, pictures from our visit, and sitter communication.

What's your cancellation policy?
Daily or one-time visits cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be invoiced at our usual rate. There’s no charge with more than 48 hours notice of cancellation.
What's your additional pet pricing?
There’s a +$5/visit for each additional pet. For example, a Dog Walk for two dogs would start at $35/visit.
Are there any extra holiday surcharges?
Yes, holidays are some of the busiest seasons for us. In order to accommodate, schedule, and pay our sitters a fair wage for working holidays, there is an additional visit fee during holiday care dates. See our holiday calendar to plan accordingly.
